Why oh why are the French so unashamedly chic? This blog www.garancedore.fr is so fantastic yet made me realise I can never go to sweet Paris, because I will want to cover myself constantly with a paper bag. Maybe the paper bag that all my delicious French pastries came in. Anway, Garance may look so effortlessly cool, smoking her cigarette (which does NOT look dirty or trashy on her, terrible I know), a camera slung over her blazer-clad shoulder, but her writing is effervescent and filled with mannerisms that make you want to read on and on. Plus the amazing street style photos and her illustrations, which remind me of those on paper sewing patterns of yester-year…..oui, this is too much French for one girl to take! I’m off to the land of nod.
